We're thrilled to announce the opening of AMA’s newest office in the heart of Newcastle city centre. This marks a significant milestone in our journey of ambitious growth and national expansion. Since our inception in 2017, AMA has grown rapidly, building trusted relationships with a diverse portfolio of clients across the UK.
Our new base at Haylofts, Newcastle, strengthens our presence in the North East and allows us to better serve both new and existing clients delivering our trusted expertise.

Meet Our North East Leadership Team
Our Newcastle office is led by Aaron Yesudian and Jonathan Hazell, with strategic support from Andrew Moseley, who continues to work across our teams in both Newcastle and Leeds.
Andrew Moseley
Managing Director
Andy has spent 20 years leading transportation teams on a diverse range of development projects across the north and wider UK. He has an extensive experience of supporting major, minor and bespoke development schemes from conceptual feasibility stage through the planning process and delivery on site.
Aaron is highly experienced in FRA's, surface & foul water drainage strategies along with expertise in water environmental solutions to evaluate and handle flood risks for projects of any size. Aaron spent 4 years at Newcastle University and now lives in the city. He has worked on numerous sites throughout Newcastle, Northumberland and the wider North East in differing sectors and size.
Jonathan has over 16 years knowledge as a transport planner and possesses a strong technical background across all stages of the project lifecycle from feasibility through to planning and post planning matters. As a North East native he holds extensive experience across the north and wider UK helping clients achieve planning consents in residential, commercial, roadside and accommodation sectors.
